Carnival Entries
Should you wish to enter the 2011 Winter Carnival, you can enter in 2 ways.
Walking Entries
If you wish to enter as a walker for this year’s Carnival, you can pick up a form in advance:
- From the Queens Hall office, between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours forms will still be available from the box next to the office.
- Alternatively. You can download a form below, or Register online. Carnival Entry Registration
- You are able to register on the evening of the Carnival in the Queens Hall main hall, but we strongly advise you register in advance.
Once these forms have been filled in, please return to the Queens Hall office or fill in and email electronically back to us so we can process your registration.
Float Entries
You can also enter the 2011 Carnival with a Float.
Floats are again advised to register via the above methods. Please note: We would strongly urge you to register your float in advance. Floats on the night will be accepted but you will have to fill out and agree to our Health & Safety Form and Guidelines.
All floats please note: Your floats are not to include Blue Lights and or Sirens

Entry Forms
Carnival Procession 2011
Floats will complete one lap where they will be unaccompanied by the walkers.
The procession will then continue for one more full lap where the walkers will then branch off into the Queens Hall, floats and emergency services at the rear of the parade will continue to the starting area.The last float passing the Queens Hall will mean the entry of the walkers behind.
