Narberth Road Closure and Delays
The town one way system will be CLOSED from 5.00pm with certain routes into town closed.
Motorists can expect delays into Narberth from 5pm when the most traffic is seen arriving into Narberth for the start of the parade.
The roads leading into Narberth will be closed from 5.00pm – 6.30pm* to allow 2 safe passes around the town, before the town is opened back up.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2011

NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted vehicles, from proceeding along that those lengths of adjoining road, which form the one way system at Narberth, known as High Street, Spring Gardens, St James Street and Market Square.
The order is necessary so that the Narberth Winter Carnival procession can take place in a traffic free environment.
The restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into force on Saturday 3rd December, 2011, between 17:00hrs to 18:30hrs.
Pedestrian access will be maintained and alternative routes provided for vehicular traffic.
Where appropriate temporary Traffic Regulation Orders under Section 16A of the above mentioned act may continue in force for a period not exceeding 3 days.

Traffic Routes:
Planned divert route.
From Penblewin Rounderbout, Traffic entering Narberth will be able to fork left along Kiln Park Road to the junction of the
B4314 Station Road. They can turn left onto the B4314 and continue to the Princess Gate cross roads . From here, they can
turn right along the B4315 into Templeton.
From Templeton, traffic can continue all the way to Allensbank in Narberth, where the signs will warn of a Road Closure
ahead. Traffic can turn right, through Cold Blow and rejoin the B4315 all the way to the Cross Roads , where traffic can turn
left, and follow the B4314 to the turning right, for Kiln Park Road.
